Quick Flippa Question

I have been looking into selling one of my old sites on Flippa. I don't have time to keep up with anymore. I was searching Flippa but couldn't find my answer.

Just in case it doesn't sell.... Am I able to list it over again without paying the $29 fee? Meaning am I going be paying a new listing fee every-time for the same site? :confused:

    I think its something like half the regular fee, so, $14.50

    Re-listing a site is $14, so just over half the regular listing fee.

    The best way to avoid having to pay a re-listing fee is to make sure your original listing is a good one, with a reasonable reserve, all relevant information included, great listing copy and adequate promotion outside of Flippa.

    If you have a site that has traffic and is making money, it will sell. The question is whether or not you're willing to sell it for what the market is willing to buy at.

    A couple of rules of thumb in dealing with Flippa buyers:

    The more stable the traffic and money, the higher they're usually willing to pay.

    The easier the site is to manage, the higher they're willing to pay...

    The less moving parts (see above), the higher they're willing to pay...

    Basically, you have to convince these buyers that your site is the only one they should be focused on bidding on because they could miss out on the deal of a lifetime.
