Hey there, For just about any service you require I would check ODesk its great I use it for heaps of different marketing applications including voice overs.

there was a warrior who use to advertise and also have a banner, but I havent seen him for a few months.

Go to the warrior for hire section. And hunt around. I had him do some work and was good priced, and he had the voice of an angel

There are a lot of fiverr gigs out there that offers awesome voice over services for a reasonable price. Just be sure to check those with a good number of feedback already.
