I am new to clickbank marketing - How is mgid.com to advertise affiliate products?

I have come across sites like mgid.com which get lot of hits on photos which are linked to cb products. I came to know about mgid when I clicked on a photo on imgur.com ... mgid have many pics( ads ) linked to cb products
What are other such sites which allow such ads ? I have come across many but dont remember and which one is the best among such sites? please suggest any other similar website that you have used.
I am not sure what is the roi on such websites, coz the cost is also high ads start with min ~$100 ($2 cpm), but it looks promising.
