How to make great products

When you think of what makes a great company you think of longevity, innovation, integrity and the ability to adapt to the ever changing business environment. The same can be said of a great relationship (minus the business environment ); great relationships thrive on trust and understanding and a willingness contribute to on the part of both parties. As an entrepreneur or business owner it is vital that you have the ability to leverage all of your actions to get the maximum results with the least amount of effort. How do you do that? Well, when it comes to building a great product, a great relationship with your clients will ensure your business grows in 7 key areas:

1: It will increase your list conversion rate.
This is what makes the difference between a list that makes you $10,000 per launch and $1,000,000 per launch! Clients that are consistently seeing improvements in their business and receiving added value from your customer services and your ability to over deliver will buy more products than those that feel like all you did was send them a 5 page document and now you want them to pay you $250 for your "new revolutionary system." And don't forget that the biggest factor of success in affiliate marketing is based on how much your clients trust you and their willingness to buy based on your recommendation of a product. Who are you more willing to take buying advice from, your best friend or the guy on TV claiming to be a guru? If your clients trust you they will trust your recommendations.
2: It will bring you more return customers.

Clients that you build a strong relationship with are more than willing to buy from you again; often times they can't wait for what you have to offer next. Apple showed us all by consistently selling new Ithings to the same customer base and gaining more market share at the same time. It is human nature to stick to a routine or buying habit so a company with an engaging and user friendly buying process and proper after sales service will hold on to its clients longer than those that don't.

3: It will allow you to attract bigger JV partners.
Your ability to find partners is based 100% on your ability to create a great relationship with them. The really big JV partners won't even talk to you unless you have been recommended by a trusted friend, now how do you expect that to happen if you don't have make a habit of creating strong, genuine relationships with everyone that comes into contact with your product? They are not going to trust you with their huge mailing list unless they trust you as a person that will deliver on all the promises you make in every sales letter.

4: It will give you the ability to create better products.
A truly great product is one that fits the needs of the buyer perfectly. With facebook fan pages and twitter, you can ask your clients what they would like to see in a product, their fears, need, and expectations. And with all that information at your figure tips you will be able to create a product that bypasses all their fears, meets their needs and exceeds their expectations every time, but you are only going to get that information if you already have a good relationship with them.

5. It will give you organic, customer based reviews.
More and more people are looking for customer based reviews to search for buying advice; gone are the days when consumers believed everything that the media told them about a product. Your average consumer goes to check on blog reviews long before they put in a Google search. If you have a great reputation and relationship with your client they are more likely to post reviews raving about your product on the internet. The greater your online communication with you clients, the more visible your personal feedback will be, and replies to questions about your product will be easily seen on Google results.

Hope this helped somebody out
