I am looking for someone who has mad PPC skills and can work with me on several projects.

3 of these projects are in place and 2 more are coming soon.

Where would I go to find and hire a PPC Expert?

  Thanks Andy...But I do not have the time to deal with the day to day aspects of a PPC Campaign. I can do it, but I am more on the project management end of things at this point. So I need someone who is proven and wants to work on some great projects with me.
  
  Communication and Proven skills are a must.
