Mailpress help - raw html code for instabuilder?

Hi -

I just downloaded instabuilder, working on building my first squeeze page. For my autoresponder, I am using the plugin Mailpress. On Instabuilder, the "Opt-in" page ask for the raw html code from my autoresponder, but for some reason I looked everywhere on Mailpress and I cannot find the raw html code.

Can someone that is familiar with mailpress, direct me on where I can find the raw html code?
