Anyone Using Netfirms hosting - help!

I have my hosting through netfirms and as of today am unable to access my scripts - that includes my cloaking scripts, the SQL data base and other misc. perl scripts.

Anyone else using netfirms that is having troubles?

I have emailed their admin and have yet to hear anything back.

I think I am looking for more stable alternatives to netfirms - any help appreciated.

EDIT - This includes my Wordpress sites going down! EDIT

    Hi,

    Do they have 24/7 support? How are you accessing your account/scripts? Through CPanel or through something else?

      Yes I have the 24/7 support. They said it had to do with too many concurrent uploads or downloads. Nothing has really changed since I have had the account - maybe a bit more traffic - but nothing overwhelming.

      under my main account I also host 5-6 wordpress sites that are inaccessible from front and back! talk about frustrating.

      Netfirms has their own backend control panel

    Did you call them at their 24 hr support number: 888-334-3833 and discuss your specific issues?

      I actually went through their ticket system and got a response back in about 30 minutes. The response I received really did not answer my concerns however, so calling 888 number next

        Good. You don't want a host that asks you to wait for an email. If you can't get 'em on the phone or in a live chat to go over your problem and find a solution, you need a new vendor.

      Seems that whatever was wrong yesterday is no longer an issue? What the F?

      I have written a few scripts that track clicks, my own "lite" version of aweber as well as a few other scripts - they stated I was over my limit on processes calls.

      Anyone know if the host they are using limits calls to scripts? They told me I had a limit of 10...
