Well, you've partly answered yourself - dating.
latinopeoplemeet.com and POF, with the latter enabling you to look into that particular category in more detail, providing you have advertising account with them.

    Some obvious choices and tips:

Twitter, YouTube, maybe Pinterest, relevant blogs.

Search for magazines they might be interested and do a google search of topics they'd be interested in also. Black entertainment television etc.

But MOST importantly: ASK THEM!!! You'll never know if you don't hang out with them, get to know them/their habits better, and ASK THEM and NOT us. You'll get much farther much quicker.

    Hope that helps!

Do I need a paid account with them to do this research? I have been able to research a website's demographic with them but not the other way around (demographic which frequent certain websites) .. perhaps Im missing something?/

I am not sure if you can search by demographic with Quantcast but I have used it this way.

Take one of the sites mentioned above, in this case latinopeoplemeet.com.

Then go to Quantcast, and type that url into the search bar.

    Hit search.

When the results come up, look at the overall demographics to see how close it is to what you want.

Then look to the right side of the page, there should be an area called "related sites"

If the demographics of latinopeoplemeet.com is close to what you are looking for, then the related sites will have similar demographics.

If not then choose one of those sites anyway, because they might get you closer to what you want.

Obviously look at the names of the sites and see what comes up.

Another thing is to check out some African/Hispanic american member pages on Facebook and look at their profiles to see if they mark out any sites they like.

The easiest might be like others said above is to just ask some of them.

I just done a google search for "site targeting single african american women" and some good results showed up.
