Is renting a good idea?

After reading the subject Rent A Site, it gets me thinking whether I can apply this to 'rent' Thai amulets.
Renting Thai amulets are for lifetime since it helps whoever is in possession but that limits the amount of people the amulet can help. So I am thinking of the actual 'renting' concept.
This means when a person 'rents' (purchase) the amulet for a specific purpose like accumulating wealth, after having in possession for a few months and have gained wealth during that period, can return the amulet after he/she is satisfied with it. The cost of 'renting' will then be based in terms of those few months and after deducting the administrative cost,postage and the 'rental', the remain cost will be returned. So, this means that the amulet will then be able to help another person who requires it. At the same time, the person who had 'rent' it can give a true testimontial for the next person who is going to 'rent' it.
Of course if the person wants to keep it forever, it will be okay as well. I am thinking of making this offer exclusively for WSO ONLY. Do you think it is workable?
