Twitter is Taking Over the Universe!

G'day,

I was casually visiting the Australia Postal
Service website Stamp Shop - Home
and I noticed a dirty big "Follow us on Twitter"
button.

How cool is that? If our Boring Postal Service
can use Twitter as a Marketing Tool...So Can You!

They even have a custom profile Pity they only have
23 followers...but I am sure they are just getting
started. It will be interesting to see how many followers
they have after a few weeks.

Take Care,

Michael Silvester

Everything seems to be downsizing. We've gone from meal-sized to snack-sized to bite-sized, and we're bordering on pill-sized now. Up next: A social networking site composed entirely of emoticons!

Just saw on a Norwegian website yesterday that the Norwegian prime minister had started using Twitter.

Twitter is one great tool for marketing strategy whether for an offline or online business. It can also be use as personal account for friends and family to easily communicate. there are a lot of ways on how we want to use twitter or any other social sites.

Twitter is spreading like a disease and becoming quite addictive to create a strong related following of people! Using Twitter is a way to continuously advertise freely to people related to what your Twitter account is about !

I don't understand why Twitter is so popular. It seems to me like a watered down version of Facebook.

That said, the page is public which I guess is a difference.

It's been getting so much coverage in the UK media that it's on my to-do list to set up an account there, but to be honest I don't really have the time for it.
