Please critique first ever squeeze page

I was hoping you guys could give me some constructive reviews of my first ever squeeze page. I've been doing some reading on these forums, and figured that I just need to jump in and act, so I created this squeeze page.

The links don't work yet because I am having a hard time figuring out how to get my autoresponder to work.

I took a look at your site and I have to give you this critique.

You know where you have the 2 sections on your site. One is blue and the other has a white background.

The "FREE REPORT" is in white and the "Discover the SECRETS Now!" is blue. You should get everything to have only WHITE background so that it looks as one.

Once you get this done, you should make sure that your name and email auto-responder form on your site works properly and that you are getting your own emails.

Too many people just slap a form without testing to see if everything is working properly and then they wonder why no one is clicking on their links inside their email messages.

In the future, always change the wording of your title and text to see if you can get higher conversions.

It's kind of basic and certainly not "overdesigned", but I've seen a lot worse.

    Suggestions:-

    1. Clean up the English a little ("and used every day by top dermatologist" should perhaps say "and used every day by top dermatologists" or "and used every day by a top dermatologist").

    2. Take away the social media frills. They don't help you and they don't interest anyone. A squeeze page should have only one thing to click.

    3. Don't ask for people's names. It would probably be a mistake to use them in outgoing email anyway. Their email address is all you need, and you'll typically get 12-15% more people opting in, if email is all you ask for (you can test it for yourself, of course). Awesome! Thank you guys for the quick replies. I agree with what you guys are suggesting and going through to make some changes.

I am having trouble with getting my autoresponder to work, so if anyone has experience working with Instabuilder and Mailpress, how do I add in the autoresponder html code? I can't seem to find the html raw code.

      Thanks again,

The headline is good. I like how the bullets are
    benefit driven.

And the copy flows. Also, do what Alexa said
to do. The copy is a good start.

in addition, if you are using wordpress, log on to the back end,
click on the post to edit it
    then, click on html
    lastly,
paste the autoresponder code you were given
    save the page and
    preview it
    you should be fine
