  Is the client dumb? or is the sevice provider dumb for not understanding what they want. Or, is the sevice provider not capable of providing what the client wants so they call them dumb?

While I will agree that sometimes clients can be a pain and they'll periodically change things they said they wanted, some of his examples are really outlandish and uncalled for.

Such as the "Can we turn it around in Photoshop"? The person asking that has no idea that you're not working with 3D Model based textures in Photoshop and that it's layer based. Some of them are a bit funny but I'm not sure that making fun of the clients on a public level really is the best way to retain old or obtain new clientele.
