Paypal problem - Is there a solution?

Hello,

I have unfortunately had my Paypal limited due to reaching the limit, with Paypal being Paypal they have not replied on me faxing info meaning that I have been unable to withdraw my money or even accept money from affiliate etc which has been a problem.

Is there any way that I can make another Paypal without them knowing it is the same person as I know simple making another one with a different email will not do.

Thanks.

That's called fraud. You are on the wrong forum asking for such advice. Just saying, bro.

Have you tried mailing or calling them, sometimes they can give you another chance by requesting for way more info than you have on your account.

Another option is to open a paypal account in your company name if you own one.

Get your account verified, get a business account. Tie your bank account to your paypal account.

Go open a bank account specifically to use with paypal.... and use it.

    I would call the support.

If you got a business with EIN, you can register a business account and tie it to ur business credit card or bank. Paypal consider you a totally different entity

Based on the limits you've mentioned, it sounds like you may have a personal account with PayPal. Every person can have two accounts -- one person and another that's either premier or business. If you have affiliates, you definitely need a business account.

In many cases you can change your personal account to a business account. If not, they will allow you to open a business account in addition to the personal account you already have. Each account needs to tie to separate bank accounts, however. Once you've set up your business account there will be steps to follow to remove limits and you should be able to process far more transactions and withdraw the funds you have access to, which should be the vast majority of what you've collected. (PayPal sometimes sets aside a certain percentage of some new accounts to ensure there are funds available to process refunds.) Good luck!

Don't try to mess with Paypal by opening up another account thinking they won't know who you are. Unless you are a super techy, you won't cover all your tracks, you'll get caught, and it will damage your ability to do business with Paypal again in the future.

Agreed. The best thing to do is give them a call. Setting up a new paypal account won't really help you in this situation. If anything it might make it worse.

Give them a call. I'm sure they'll sort it out for you.

As I have said in my other post, you are allowed to have 2 PayPal accounts. See the link I gave, its to PayPals FAQ, where they say you are allowed to have 2 accounts. So who cares if they know who you are, its permitted.

Why would you leave money in a paypal account and open another? maybe there is a good reason for the limit?

If you don't fix the problem that caused the limitation in the first place, then opening a new account will not fix a thing. Address the problem first.

I totally agree with him. If you already have problems with one account, there's a chance there will be another problem in the future.

I just don't get these type of threads.
What on earth can anyone here do to help with issues you have with Paypal?
The best advice is always to give them a call and try to sort out any issues with them...

I think 99% of the time, they have got banned for scamming and are looking for ways to keep their scheme going. They know they can call paypal, but at the same time they know why their account was limited and can't call paypal...

I am not saying the op got limited for scamming, but I don't think he is telling us the full story. Make no sense to leave money in one account, when all it takes is one phone to fix things

Not really. Knowing what to say to people reading boiler room templates can help get issues solved.

Can't really help the OP though because they are vague. If it's simply "reached their limit" they just need to read inside the account to solve it.

As I have said in my other post, you are allowed to have 2 PayPal accounts.
Not if one was canceled because of a violation. The 2 accounts also doesnt mean you can have two of the same type. FYI: You can actually have 3.

    You can have:

    1. Personal
    2. Business or Premier Macro
    3. Business or Premier Micro

I would try a different company like Alertpay? Once Paypal puts limits on an account then they hold the cards.

PayPal may have limited your account for your own protection, or for reasons of misuse and high risk, or because your account is not verified yet.

e.g. If you logged in to your PayPal account when you were in another country (other than your home country) without notifying PayPal in advance, PayPal may have limited it, thinking that someone (other than you) tried to hack into your account. (This would be for your protection.)

There are also limits before an account holder verifies his/her account by providing bank account info, credit card info, etc.

Only PayPal can tell you the exact reason - could be because you did something wrong, or could be because PayPal is trying to protect you as much as trying to protect itself.

Even if you open a new account, they will limit again and will ask you to resolve the issues with this account.

All you have to do is verify your social and or bank account and the limit will be lifted.

    Thanks for using Paypal

    Hello,

Well, it is in fact true. I have not told you the whole story because in fact the whole story is that I am not old enough for a PayPal account, I am 15 coming up 16 and they want me to provide them with information proving my age etc which obviously I cannot give, I am no terrible scammer or anything like that, im just trying to get a kickstart to my life which has been going well until PayPal came along and ruined it, is there anything practically I can do or should I just give up?

Please don't lecture me about how it is fraudulent activity or anything along those lines because I am fully aware of everything I am doing/have done.

    Thanks.
