What to Do?

I have as a vendor one product with clicbank since October 2010.It is membership site where one has to register to see first few articles, and pay if wants to see the rest.

Till October this year many people register to see free pages but no one did pay.In October one paid, but I did not know because clickbank did not inform me.I would not know if that person did not contacted me, and thretened to ask for refund if I do not allow her to see the rest of the site.

Today, I visited clicbank, and saw that two more payments are made.Clickbank did not inform so I do not know to whom I allow to see the rest of my site.

Not very pleasant situation to be in.

I sent email to clickbank complaning about situation.

    See what Clickbank can do, but dont get irate about the situation. You may have to switch to a different affiliate program provider like Paydotcom.

    So are you saying that you made these 2 sales and they did not send you notifications?

    If that is the case then it is not a big deal. Just go into your account each day and see what is going on.

    You can also email them and let them know.

      It is big deal because I have hundreds of users who registered, and two of them paid (there is not date of registration) so I cannot compare date of payment and date of registration in order to approve right people.

        Wow, I'm kinda blown away by the simplicity of your site.

        So it sounds like you are manually approving full membership ability?

        I'd suggest you consider a few simple upgrades.

        There are membership plugins that can tell you the level of a member based on if they paid or not. You'd be able to automatically allow full privileges to paying members.

        Also, I know it's not what you were looking for but you may want to clean up the list of pages down the right hand side, and consider an editor to smooth out some of the articles (it seems as English is not your first language?).

        Things like having that default wordpress blogroll down the right side should be addressed.

        It "feels" like the content will be great - but it may convert better with a few warming touches.

          Ok, this is not my WSO (warrior special offer) but looks along the lines of what you might want to try.

          You may find this for a cheaper price on the web as you are only looking for personal use (the offer on the page suggests you can promote/sell the plugin as your own too).

          The thread is a bit outdated too - but the person who created the offer appears to have a green light (meaning they are online).

          You could consider sending him a private message to see if he has something more updated or a better suggestion.

          Edit: I wanted to add, this is not the only solution - just the first I came across in a quick google search.
