I do not understand your question, how is it possible having a 100% of comision? How does the product seller would have any profit if your get all what you sold?

From the upsells, subsequent sales and list-building. 100% commissions are quite common, actually (usually on low-price products).

I think that's an "eccentric decision", to put it very mildly and politely.

What would you rather earn, 100% of $17 or 60%/65%/70% of $37/$47/$57?!

As an affiliate, what matters to me in economic terms is the amount of money I earn, not the percentage.

Preach! I don't think I could have said it better myself. Normally if someone is allowing 100% commission it's for very low sales it wouldn't be a major product.

This is where a lot of people are short sighted in terms of selling products

By giving 100% commission away on your front end product it will be a lot more appealing to affiliates

The key to you still profiting is by having good converting upsells and back end offers in place

So you are getting your buyers list built and at the same time still making money and keeping affiliates nice and happy

  • them money is in the back end not in the 0% or 100% of the $17 or $37 front end offer.

I believe the 100% commission model is okay for certain people and in certain scenarios.

    List building
    High back-end upsells

But for most of my products, my main product is the front-end.

So, 100% commissions to me, is stupid in that scenario.

It takes LOTS of time to create design related products, way more time than doing most other things. Except maybe huge php coded related products, and software type products, which require lots of coding.

So, 100% on the front end is something I will try eventually, but it's just not possible right now, unless I just make a small graphics product, that takes not much time, then sell it for like $7.00 giving away the front end only to affiliates.

I believe that someone deciding to promote ONLY 100% commissioned products, is probably not the best idea.

I would make my decisions first and foremost based on the QUALITY of the product, then the price of the product, and if it would benefit those on my list.

I understand that people are in this for the money, but money is not everything.

If what you do is really going to help others, then the money will come.

If you are genuinely trying to help those on your list, with what you promote, then you will first and foremost BUY the product you promote, or at least know for a fact, that it's a credible product that will help them in a few ways, either save time or money.

And you would also not just spam the crap out of their email address.

There is a spiritual law that is ALWAYS in effect, and that is the law of giving and receiving.

If you genuinely give great advice and help to others tangible or intangible, without expecting things in return, you will absolutely receive back.

Maybe not from them, but it will come back to you, it's a law like gravity, that cannot be defied.

there's nothing bad going after those offers, it's just that you must search well to find quality offers.

I agree. For list building I use free giveaways. For affiliates there needs to be a reasonable commission structure. I don't think very many successful affiliates will trust a 100% commission product.

I'm pretty sure there are many ways to get a win-win situation with 100% commissions.

1- They will have HUNGRY affiliates to promote basically their own product
2- They will get tons of leads
3- They will DEFINITELY make some good $ on the back-end.

As of this days, many of the "Gurus" are relying only on JV/affiliates to promote their products, and giving them 100% commissions will definitely increase their response and willingness to take action for their offer.

    However

You should always check the EPC and use your head to compare it with other products which might have less commissions but more earnings for you, like Alexa Smith said on post #3.

The most important thing is to study your options before taking the next step!
