I swear -- they are CONSTANTLY making changes to the user interface and it is driving me nuts.

I don't care HOW GOOD their deliverability is if every time I log into my aweber (actually prosender) account I have to figure out how to use it.

This drops my efficiency into a bucket and surely doesn't help make for automation.

And God love ya if you provide aweber products showing how to use aweber.

Tom -- ya gotta do something different here, man.

Love your service, but this is driving me batty.

LOL.. In all fairness.. I do think AWeber probably realised it was an outdated and clunky interface and they are trying to go more "web 2.0", shame they couldn't do it all it once?

    Peace

The most annoying thing about AWeber recently is their drop down menus. There's a gap between the main option at the top and all the drop down items, so the moment you go to move your mouse onto a lower one, the menu collapses.

Until I found a little trick to overcome it, it was driving me INSANE!

reminds me of a job interview I went to many years ago.
They asked me if I "had" to fix bugs...
It was a government contractor and they said that there were bugs
that would stay in the system because users had figured out a way to workaround
    the bugs and use that.
To change it would mean people would have to be re-trained, documentation changed, etc.

You know when Facebook changed its UI, everybody complained about it and even formed groups to complain about it...and then they got used to it.

    You'll get used to it

      I find aweber completely brilliant

The new interface is streets ahead of the previous one.

Constant change is here to stay - part of 21st century life

I find Aweber pretty slow and I don't like having to step through processes that I don't want to change just to change 1 thing. I not sure what else to do since it's probably the best one for what I do.

I actually welcome the change - I think it looks a lot better and doesn't take that long to get used to.

As people said above... You'll get used to it

          - James.
