Can you look up sales on a particular product within paypal? I have been trying to search based on auction item but it keeps timing out.

Export your sales history to a CSV file and import that into a spreadsheet or database, then search from there.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

I would have if paypal wouldn't time out on me.

Thanks Dan. I will try it out again.

Sometimes it does take a couple tries.

I think they have a feature where you can download the full history, and then, on future logins, download just the history since the previous download. That can be a great time-saver. The first time may be a bear, but future downloads should be faster, then you just add it to your file, and you have everything on your own hard drive.

I second this, but do you have so much sales that are hard to be tracked and so on?

Thomas, try the advanced search for a particular search it's a 2 or 3 step process but you can find it. Big Mike showed it to me the other day and then I forgot to copy it down. That's and Old Geezer for you.

I do searches on transaction numbers all the time, and it seems reasonly quick.

Maybe Paypal are just having a slow day at the moment?

    cheers

    Hi Thomas,

I was checking my past month sales a couple of hours ago and got the message that history was not available at this time.
