Heck yes, if they promise you to complete the service at a particular time, they better finish it by then. You must also look into their guarantee. If they guarantee money back if the order is not fulfilled, than go with that.

As Cassangel said, did they actually give you a specific date as to when the 1200 would be acquired? if not then you can't really get the refund you are probably desiring. If they said after the 30 days you are stating that they would have you 1200 clicks, then by all means necessary grab that refund.

Yeah sorry, I should have added all that.

You might feel that you deserve a refund (and many woudl agree with you after all this time and so few clicks) BUT they might feel that they dont need to refund you IF they didnt specify a timescale.

It all depends on the conditions of sale.

The mailing was scheduled to be mailed out 72 hours. It's been 30 days and we're at 211 clicks so far..

I bought it from a member here on the Warrior Forum. There wasn't any specific disclaimer about a refund policy or the terms of service, all the seller states is that the mailing would be scheduled to go out 72 hours at the latest.

Nothing was stated in the thread other then the solo to go out after 72 hours upon payment.

The seller told me initially he could deliver 6000 clicks, I just wanted to start with a lower amount to see if he could deliver. Now that I'm seeing the poor results, I'm glad I didn't go for the bigger package.

This is one of those threads that makes me go "huh?" If there is no refund policy - refunds may not be possible.

But - I notice a month ago (when you say you purchased the clicks) you were promoting an ad swaps JV - where you said "Just finished a swap for 1500 clicks" and claimed to have a huge buyer's list.

Did you send out an ad swap for a JV partner and then buy clicks to make it look legit? Ever wonder if the JV partner was doing the same thing?:rolleyes:

Sometimes if a bright idea doesn't work - it's best to take the loss and find a better idea.

Follow up with them on the thread. Make other buyers aware of what's going on. Don't be rude and don't or threatening in anyway. Make sure you saved any previous correspondence with them. If they are still unreponsive. report them to the mods. This will at least help potentially shut down their thread so that other members are safe from the activity this seller is engaged in.

The package I ordered was customized and apparently was the "biggest order he's ever had to do", (this is after he claimed to being able to deliver 6000 clicks). I'm going to request for a refund and leave it at that, but if things do get complicated I'll see if I can get a mod involved. Thanks Manie.

There is a good chance that they may not give you your money back. Take a look at their service again and see if anywhere it says how long it will take for you to get 1200 visitors.

It does look to me that they actually sent a solo ad of yours to their list thinking that they can generate you that amount of traffic or hits.

You can ask for a refund but if they refuse, you know not to use them ever again.

Yeah, I'll talk to him when he comes online. I just wanted to see if it would be fair to request for a refund, because I usually never do - when I buy something, I follow through 100%, but this so far has just been a sloppy service.

Why not ask for a partial refund? He delivered 200 of 1200 clicks. So whatever you paid, he should keep 16.6% and return the rest. I think that's fair to both parties. Nothing wrong with breaking an agreement if you can be fair and work it out with the other person. You don't deserve a full refund but he doesn't deserve to keep all the money.

Talk to the seller first and see what he says. If you let him know you are looking to refund, he may do some extra mail outs just to get you your clicks...

I would first talk to the seller. Most sellers here try to do their best. Talk to him and both decide upon a deadline. If he fails to deliver again, then you have all the rights to get a refund.

It depends on the arrangement you made before hand. Was there a delivery date discrepancy? If he promised to deliver in such a such date then hold him to it. If not, you may have to continue being patient. Hope that helps..

I'd refund, depends on what they have delivered. If they have delivered 200 clicks already and you got 90 subscribers as long as the traffic was good, I would do a partial refund as they still sent out the ad.

I've done so much solo ads that if you're supposed to get 1200+ clicks, if you don't see atleast 400 - 500+ within the 1st 24 hours, then it's not a good solo ad. Trickling at like 5 - 10 clicks a day the seller is probably using some other generic traffic.

HOWEVER, if they can email their un-opens or send out a couple more blast for you as long as you have one time confirmation setup it's workable. But, 30 days to get that done is way too long.

I'd definitely try for a refund. Even if the seller didn't specify a time table for click delivery, 200 clicks out of 1200 after 30 days is inexcusable....the seller should be ashamed if that's how he conducts his business...
