Monetizing a real estate site
I have a major site coming up next year and my client is a very respectable person in my hometown and in the whole state.
He asked me can I make him a real estate website never seen before in my country. The niche is very occupied and has one minority site that reaps all the customers.
Now I have already made one real estate site for my other client and she only gets around 100+ visitors per day (she is only targeting a region of the state).
This project should be different. My clients idea is to flip the site when time comes. In the meanwhile it should produce some income.
Is there such thing as an affiliate program for selling real estates or should the whole site be based on other agencies to advertise on the site?
Don't want to end up unprofessional and loosing my client money.
Any idea should be more than welcome.
