WP Drip Content Feed generates errors

Hello all,

I just purchased the WP-Drip mentioned at WordPress Drip: Setup your blog as an autoresponder with one click and drip your Wishlist Member content out slowly!

Basically, I had purchased "WP Courseware" from a WSO here and when communicating with the developers, they said the code was not compatible with the Digital Access Pass (DAP) - so - I decided to try this one instead.

The installation went OK but when clicking on the link to get the license, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdrip_function() (previously declared in /home/d0mufasa/public_html/practicemysap.com/main/wp-content/plugins/wpdrip/wpdrip.php(14) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code:2) in /home/d0mufasa/public_html/practicemysap.com/main/wp-content/plugins/wpdrip/wpdrip.php(14) : eval()'d code(3) : eval()'d code on line 2
There was a "Help" link on the membership site (when you purchase an item, you must become a member as well), but when clicking on this, I got the following:
No help desk at 2am.zendesk.com
The help desk configured at this address is no longer available.
Does anyone know how one can get assistance with this product?

TIA

You can try a PM to the developer Robert Plank here. He is a member of the WF. I had inquired to their help desk several months ago about this product. Never got a response either, so I dropped any further research into it.

Thanks for your response. Did you try any further to get a refund or just disabled it from your Wordpress installation? My thoughts are to just go to Paypal for the refund or to my bank (should it become necessary)....

Hmm - I have been able to go to Google, Microsoft, gmail and the like with no issue at all. Below is what I got when doing some diagnostics. The nslookup identifies the IP address: 69.167.169.167 as belonging to doubleagentmarketing.com. When I did a "ping", it timed out (which is why I was getting the problem in the browser). I did a traceroute as well. As you can see, it leaves my router at: 192.168.1.254 (since 192.x.x.x is one of the standard IP addresses assigned to local routers - in my case it came from AT&T). It makes it past this level and goes into oblivion when trying to reach: 69.167.169.167. My thoughts are that it works for you because you are issuing it from a loopback address(?) 127.0.0.1(??) so the packets never leave your network/home base.

My network is AT&T - so - I have no reason why it is doing this. The packets do seem to get past my router.

I've worked with PHP on and off (I don't put it on my resume). If the answer is very simple, can you post it in the forum? Perhaps someone else can benefit from the knowledge.

No, we will not discuss this here. In fact can I ask you to please delete this entire thread?

Reason: you ordered on 11/14/12, logged in (you created an account and I'm looking at the IP address which was logged), and then opened a PayPal dispute claiming non-receipt, and you directly asked for a refund.

PayPal gave it to you, and your access to the site was revoked.

Please open a support ticket (find a way to get your browser to load the help desk) so we can discuss your situation in private, but we will not do this in public.

I was not seeking a "discussion". You mentioned it was an "easy fix" - hence the suggestion of posting it here on the forum.

When one purchases the product, it looked (to me) that the requirement was to join the group (if one did not join the group, they would not be able to download the software).

I opened this thread here because when clicking on the "help" link, it did not work. I saw no other way to contact the author of the software; so, I opened a thread here to seek out help. I opened the request with Paypal when another individual above mentioned that he had a similar issue ~months~ ago.

I did not know they would process so quickly (since they said it would take 10 days when I first reported it). I thought if an answer was found, I could cancel before the refund went through. Either way, the money has been refunded. From the response of "Nope, loads for me" above, the help website works fine for you; however, I am unable to reach it.

Since the money has been refunded and I cannot reach you help website, we can just close this out. I will delete the thread.

Hi - I am do not see a way to delete the entire thread (I don't see it as a part of the "thread tools"). I can affect different posts here. Can you instruct the mods to delete this thread? I give authorization.
