    I am not sure if you already know this but I'll still dare to share my opinion. For someone to become interested in writing as a guest poster for you, his first pre-requisite would be your PageRank and other metrics which you can find on your Google Analytics. If you have good web stats, you may post them on your Warriors Looking to Hire thread. I am not sure if there's a more appropriate thread where you can post that but that's the best room I can think of as of this time of writing.

    I'm sure once they see good web stats, those people who are also in the same niche as you do will give you some guest posting offers.

    Not sure what your niche is, but I'd assume a "Forum:niche" would get you some nice places to beging asking. ContentWriting360 also makes a good point about page rank and niche authority. People may or may not want to spend the time guest posting if there's not enough "in it" for them. Just human nature, I suppose. But you never know unless you try!
