Solo ads, or PPC?

I want to market to lenders different types of lenders as listed below:

Cash Advance

Commercial Mortgage

Debt Consolidation

Equipment Financing
Factor Financing

Real Estate Funding


What would be the smartest, fastest, cheapest way to get in front of these different types of lenders?

Solo Ads?
Pay per click?
Create a product for these lenders, create an affiliate program and then give all of the commission to affiliates?

I do not need a list long term, i just want to do one marketing campaign towards them so not sure if its worth it to build an actual list.

    Solo Ads can be your first choice, and it is expensive.

    Maybe you can try other low cost traffic ways, such as video marketing, guest blogging, etc.

    Quality solo ads or PPC is gonna be expensive for your very competitive niche. I don't think there's a cheap way to do it.
    But the fastest way to get quality traffic is PPC.

    You can also try to buy ads directly on relevant sites and work out some kind of deal.

    There are many factors here, the key being the quality of your landing page and the quality of the ads. If either are poor, then you don't get the results you want. Picking the source is important too as mentioned.

    The cheapest and fastest approach would be buying traffic. On MaxVisits, for example, you can purchase 10k visitors for $11.99. They report a conversion rate of %0.05, which is worth it for the cost.. but this is expired domain traffic, so if your landing page doesn't really catch the visitors attention quickly, they'll close the browser quicker than organic traffic.

    But even for sola ads and PPC, high quality landing pages increase results.

    Last thought: Get an adwords or adcenter voucher, than you can try out PPC with less risk.

    They're equally good but you will need to track and look at the numbers to determine your ROI and then decide where you want to spend your money.
