Trying to help out my friend here- Clarification Needed Please

Hello,
I am trying to help out my friend in India with a new product that he is planning to release on Clickbank. He has registered the domain but wants to use my Paypal and address for the auto responder series. Since I owe him a favor, I have no problems helping him. My only concern is should something go wrong with the ebook he is releasing or say someone decides to sue, would I be in trouble because the payments are made to me or would he as the domain owner he responsible?

Kindly advise.

    Seek legal advice on this one from someone who's familiar with e-commerce and such.

    Not 100% sure but just from what you said it would make sense you would be the person hit as you are handling the money and the money is in your name

    I really don't know, as Jay said, seek professional advice. I would like to caution you letting someone else use your PayPal. I have done this, and I have been scammed just recently for $1300. It hurt!
