I'm just getting started with video. I'm making the move from building out niche sites promoting affiliate offers to promoting offers and building a list. Just looking for a little inspiration.

Anyone here making $2k+/month promoting affiliate offers with video or building a list and generating sales through a funnel? Any recommended resources/courses for getting things going? Thanks.

    I don't make over 2K+/month through video marketing yet but half of that amount definitely(Just started getting involved in Vid. Marketing around 6 months ago)

      Thanks for responding. Are you primarily ranking vids promoting and affiliate product directly, or are you driving traffic toward an lead optin sales funnel?

    There are plenty of people doing extremely well using video for affiliate marketing... of course the trick is to be able to rank the vid well in a competitive market, but certainly very doable and potentially profitable.

    You might want to take a quick look at a thread I recently started on Launch Jacking (http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...y-quickly.html)

    There is a free audio interview there as well that talks a bit about what you are thinking of doing.

    I am a video warrior here making from $4000-$5000 month promoting strictly affiliate products via video almost exclusively. I have no products of my own currently but hope to change that in 2013. My success didn't occur overnight. I've been grinding since 2008 so it won't happen overnight for you. The road has been long and hard but persistence and perseverance ultimately paid off for me. Before doing any video stuff, use WF to educate and immerse yourself in video marketing education. I can say from experience that video traffic especially Youtube traffic converts extremely well if you do it right.

    Youtube is a far more easier way to get traffic than search engines. Because youtube videos gets popular very soon than a website. When your video is popular, you are surely going to get a lot of traffic too.

    $2k/month? I make more than that from YouTube.
    Have almost 50 videos on youtube and also my sites URL in many other videos.
    Send viewers straight to my dating sites,
    honestly i love youtube traffic, less work to do and get tons of traffic from there...

    Agree with you DatingWorld. Today, creating videos is really easy and anyone can get started even without paying a single cent (animoto is good and free tools to manually create good looking videos - limited to 30 secs) before jumping to other tools.

    And YTB videos are great to get Google ranks really fast (sometimes even without a single backlink).

    YouTube marketing is very effective if you know how to use it. I get my video on the first page on Google for the keywords that I am targeting, on this way I get thousands of views and visits for free.

    Hi Steve.
    I use video marketing extensively in my 3 main businesses, and make a full time income from those businesses.

    However, rather than imply that video marketing is the source of my income, I'd say video marketing is a tool that I use to contribute to them. (Although I definetely enjoy doing videos more than writing, for example)

    I use other formas of marketing as well, however.

    I make a full time income with video marketing. Well over 2k per month from videos I've set up months ago that promote affiliate offers.

    Video marketing is easy.

    You don't need to get a bunch of courses to make money with videos.

    Just create a video around an offer or popular product, optimize that video and then start sending social bookmarks to that video.

    This alone can make you commission within the day.

    After giving it some time, if you need to rank higher then order a few backlink gigs on fiverr.

    Sarah Staar has had great success with video marketing....She's had some insightful posts on the subject so do be sure to research some of her posts...I don't know if her video WSO is still active but I do believe that she goes into even more detail in there.
