Opening a new Paypal Account

I want to register a new paypal account for my IM purposes. I am aware of some general requirement but will be willing to hear from you, what you know its vital to do or put in place, so that paypal does not distrupt the account unnecessarily.


Please keep your post to positive guidelines or must do tips alone. Thread are more meaningful and useful to anyone interested in such topic at any given time.

    You can offer regular products that require a monthly fee or a one time fee.

    All I know is that if they find out that if it is related to network marketing, they will not allow that. I would contact them if you were to work with MLM related products.

    Anything else is OK with them.

    The best advice I can give you is to ensure you confirm your bank account and credit cards. Make sure all information is REAL and link it to several bank accounts and several credit cards that are all in your name.

    That is the kicker... most people never confirm their bank account or credit card or stranger yet they link to an account that does not have their name on it. Then they wonder why PayPal closed their account.

    You could even go a step further and get a business license in your Country and link that to your PayPal account as well. You may as well keep all this paperwork handy because if PayPal requests it in the future it will be easy to deal with and not be running around the house looking for it... LOL

      1. Verify your account (don't use a personal account for business)
      2. READ and UNDERSTAND the terms and conditions before you start selling

      If more people did those two things there would be far fewer accounts with problems.

    Thanks all. Good the business is no network marketing. I am considering the business registration as I have read about it sometimes while the rest of the responses remain fundamental.
    I had seen some other accounts suspended tho the fundamental as in place.
    Hoping there could be more to ensure smooth trading...
