Question about setting up a membership site.

Do you know anything about membership sites and affiliate programs with 1SC?
We just recently published a book and we are promoting an 8 week online course. Both of these products are set up on our website. We use 1 Shopping cart. We are also using Optimize Press to create Landing pages which we promote with ads on Facebook.
In order to administer the course content online for the 8 weeks,we were thinking of setting up the content as a membership course on our site. So, can you share me a membership site platform/theme/plugin that we could integrate with 1 shopping cart?
Also, have you tried using the affiliate program for 1SC to get others to promote our products?
