Looking for free self help products to give away

I oftne ask people on facebook to share links to my blog posts

I would like to give them an incentive to do that.

Do any of you have free self help products I could use

also do you know if we are allowed to offer incentives for sharing

You can check out free PLR products offered on the web, rebrand and give them away as a freebie or incentive for your followers or those who promote your link. You can also give it as a free giveaway product for your optin page or form.

If you're looking for free Self Help related products, you could search for PLR and MRR products or you would join a free PLR and Resell Rights Membership site. Maybe the free membership will have some Self Help related products.

Since you're only looking for something to give away, there's a lot of Self Help related MRR eBooks, that have MRR licenses that allow you to give away the eBook. If you wanted to make changes to the product, then you'd need to look for PLR eBooks instead of MRR eBooks. But, it's a lot harder to find free PLR eBooks in general, let alone in the Self Help niche.
