Coupons and deals website monetization problem

I have coupons and deals website, i have e-mail list of 30 000 subscribers who opted in to receive coupons from 30+ merchants. Once i was satisfied the way my site is developing i decided to apply to affiliate programs of those merchants i am putting deals and coupons on my website, but i have been declined for every merchant i applied. I don't understand what am i doing wrong, when i search on google, there are numerous of sites that are working same way as mine but they all have affiliate links when i click on them.

I don't see any other options left, and it would be a real waste to just delete whole base of 30 000 people growing by 200-500 new subscribers daily!
What do you think guys is there any other options, i don't want to spam the list with some unrelated offers.

If I were you, start sending email offers to your list. Offer value, and communicate with them on a timely manner. Afterwards, it'll be easy to email them offers about your website or specific product or service that you promote.

  • Carefully study the ToS and affiliate agreement of those merchants again. Determine problem areas of your site that go against those ToS and affiliate agreement details, if any. Contact affiliate support reps of those merchants. Request for specific reasons why your affiliate signups have been turned down many times before, and let them know your site doesn't violate any of their ToS and affiliate agreement details (your site shouldn't, of course)...

@Salesmanship In Print The communicatons is pretty simple i just send them coupons and deals, i have only sent email twice to test open up rate (42%) and clicks on the link (30%).

@Marx Vergel Melencio Thank you for your suggestions, i have only been declined once by those merchants and i will email them and ask why i have been declined ( i always read TOS and affiliate agreement details before i apply).

I was accepted by two merchant yesterday, one accepted me (into private program) after i sent them e-mail and explained how i will promote their offers.
