Contact Form problems

I set up a contact "request a quote" form here About Us | EHP Solar Panels Donegal | ehpsolar.ie
with phone, email fields but when I receive emails I only get what was typed into the comment section...

Can anyone help me fix this so that all fields appear when I receive emails?

    IT's probably in the settings of your contact form.

    Go back to edit it and make sure all fields are in the box that shows what you ll receive in the email.

    Not easy to explain what I mean.

    I m absolutely not sure it s the cause of your problem, but it s worth looking at it...

      Damn, I would never have thought of that. :rolleyes:

      I looked at the source code of the page and the form code looks ok. It's most likely an issue with the plugin. Make sure you are running the most up to date version and also make sure you have all fields as being sent to you.

      Your other option is to use a different contact form plugin. I use Gravity forms.

          Contact7 is a great, the other great choice is Gravity form

          The source code for the form is referencing wpcf7 which is for the plugin Contact Form 7. So that plugin should have been installed as one of your Wordpress plugins.

          I personally would recommend si-contact plugin - WordPress › Fast Secure Contact Form « WordPress Plugins

          It includes an intergrated captcha which will prevent you being spammed into next week, and it works very well.

          Yes you are. Contact form 7 shows in your site code as installed in your plug-in directory:

    check the settings well from your form hosting company. there's something wrong with your settings. for this type of forms i use emailmeform.com and it's simple. never had any problem with them.

    I've given up on Contact form 7. It doesn't seem to play prettily with the latest versions of WP. Try using a different contact form plug-in. There are lots to choose from.
