Just had an email from customer In Kenya...

"I need to buy your package but your Clickbank payment form does not have Kenya listed in one of the countries you have to select when making payment"

I then emailed back to say to try PayPal and he came back with ..

"We do not have the paypal system here. Why cant I pay using my VISA card?"

Basically can the customer pay with his Visa Card on Clickbank if Kenya is not listed on the form  I don't know what to say in my reply back to him

Thanks if you can help

No - because it's not on the form

Say 'Unfortunately ClickBank does not accept customers from Kenya'

Does he mean that PayPal won't accept a credit-card payment from Kenya? Or does he imagine that he'd need a PayPal account himself, to pay you that way?

If he really can't use PayPal but has a Visa credit-card, you could perhaps try suggesting a Western Union payment (at a price)?

Kenya is a high risk area, so your best bet is to leave him alone. He could be an honest person, or he could be a nightmare. It sucks because not all people intend to scam, but it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the bunch...

      Alex,

There's been a lot of talk about ClickBank in Kenya.

Kenya is actually not a high risk area. We have thriving online businesses here.

Right now, Kenyans can safely buy from ClickBank.

The only problem right now is the fact that Kenyans are not able to promote ClickBank products.

With the way things are going, Kenya could be added on their list soon. Check out more on this from the article below:

if your country isn't listed it means you're not accepted that's it. you should select another merchant to process payment for you.

or if you insist on using clickbank, you can do a jontventure with someone who's country is listed in clickbank so that you can pay like 10% of the transaction.
