I'm looking for a Theme that is as simple as dragging and dropping to design a Website look not a blog look.. If you know of one can you share it with us?

Just use a site like ThemeForest where you will find a ton of professional looking but inexpensive Wordpress themes. Lots of them that look likes websites and not blogs. Just take your pick. It's much easier to find a theme that matches your needs rather than getting a theme and trying to make it match your needs.

PageLines - Drag & Drop CMS Framework for WordPress , Headway Drag and Drop WordPress Theme Builder and http://ithemes.com/purchase/builder-theme are drag and drop themes.

I highly recommend you check out other customizable themes such as Thesis, Catalyst and Genesis.
