One of the Most Effective Sales Tools for Online Business is...
I was thinking today about how effective the good old fashioned telephone is for selling online.
Do you have a Membership website?
Or do you sell products and services online?
Try This: Spend a day a week just calling your members/clients to say "Thank You" and to ask: "Is there anything you are facing with regards to [Your Niche] right now that I can help you with?"
People will be so utterly blown away when you do this.
And as a result:
- - Your client retention rates will go through the roof
- - People will remember you
- - People will gladly give you testimonials
- - YOU will grow and mature as a result
- - And the next time you have a special offer - a webinar or an inner circle or a coaching program, people will stop and think:
"Hey...THAT'S the Guy/Girl that called me to say thanks and to ask if they could help me! I'll definitely check this out!"
And yes you can use Skype but for most folk it isn't quite the same as you calling them.
HUGE TIP: Always, Always, Always say this right at the beginning:
"Is now a good time to talk? and by the way I promise I'm NOT calling to sell you anything."
