how to track business partner leads

Hello,

I have a website in the camping niche and have hooked up with a local company to be able to provide my web visitors with glamping packages. I have created a page, listed the packages and need a good way of being able to track how many bookings i'm providing them with.

I am resistant about putting their phone number as a booking contact because i have no control over the stats.

The only way i can think of is to put a contact form on the webpage that generates an enquiry and gets sent to them, I can then send a copy to myself also so I can tally up the numbers monthly.

Is this the best/only way of doing such a thing. FYI they dont take online payments so no options there, all their bookings pay by on the day so to speak and their website also only has an enquiry form.

At the moment I dont make money from this partnership. As the website is new, the idea is for them to provide a discount to my visitors by booking through me which will hopefully mean people will return and recommend my site when wanting this service. If I get them a good amount of bookings then I can talk money.
