Marketing / Managing another person
I've come across a person who I feel is extremely marketable in their ability, niche, and uniqueness. I have been in contact with them and they really want to move forward with it. I sent them what it was that I do (internet marketing) and told them about myself and what I envisioned was possible with their skill set. I have no experience managing people nor making someones name brandable, however I really feel there is a lot of money to be made with their abilities. I am not quite sure how to approach this situation, but I definitely want to be part of it.
If anyone has experiencing managing other people or resources on how to handle this sort of thing I would be grateful for your advice. Thank you!
