Is Yahoo Getting into the Article Directory Business?

Because of the large amounts of articles I have distributed on many of the different directories, I just received this e-mail from this website called

Yahooarticledotcom

inviting me to submit articles to them.

They have zero page ranking and am wondering if this is really Yahoo or not?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

    The domain name is registered to someone in Istanbul.

    If it were really Yahoo, I'd bet it would be registered to Yahoo in Sunnyvale, California.

    And, I also bet that Yahoo wouldn't harvest eMail addresses from article directories and send them invitations.

    I'm sure thats not THE yahoo at all. They would use their corporate logo if they were using their corporate name. also, why would they have Google Adsense on their own site???

      Berthern: If you are a kind person, you will forward that email to spoof@yahoo.com. And then run your virus scanner. That type of email wasn't sent to you because they like you. There is always a reason, and when someone is pretending to be someone else, the reason isn't a good one.

    Junk mail.

    I don't think Yahoo would send emails just to invite people to submit articles to them. Plus, if ever they get into the article directory business, I think the news would be all over the internet.
