Best WP plugin for customer support?

hey warriors,

just wanted your quick opinion if you have tested out and tried some support wp plugins? i'm creating a new site and in a need of a good plugin that can be customizable in css and thing like that.

any thoughts on that?

Are you looking for a ticket type system or a live chat?

Wordpress can go either way but I strongly recommend a ticketing system. I use this one,
WordPress › WordPress Advanced Ticket System « WordPress Plugins

It helps me manage my clients tickets and has a good structured system to get things resolved without talking over the phone.

  thnx people i appreciate your replies. i'm looking for ticketing system but sure the live chat will be handy also. all possible ways that customers are happy and satisfied.
