How to promote a product launch?

Hey,

I just released an Internet Marketing software on my own domain name.

Ive been wanting to get serious with product creation so I launched my own site!

Any tips on promoting the product more, and getting more sales?

    Start by promoting here on Warrior Forum. Hopefully you're familiar to internet marketing... do you know enough to market your internet marketing book on the internet?

    See if you can track down a copy of Product Launch Formula by Jeff Walker. Personally, I found it very helpful and still refer to it from time to time.

    Get affiliates and do a launch.

    List the product on JVNotifyPro to get exposure to loads of affiliates. For the big name affiliates you'll need to promote their product first, so send them as many sales as you can then get in touch with them and ask them if they will promote your launch.

    If you send somebody 100 sales (for example) and then you contact them and ask if they will return the favour on your launch they're far more likely to do it if you've already helped them out.

    You can try SMM like video marketing, twitter, and Facebook. Also, content distribution can help. You may also ask affiliates to review your product. And don't forget, you can market on related niche forum sites.

      Create a list of marketers that you feel would be perfect to promote your product. After you have your list create a video for them that introduces yourself and talks about your product. (make sure to make a personal video for each marketer) Also be sure to offer a review copy of your product for them to check out. One last thing is make sure you have a JV page that gives them the affiliate links, how much they'll make per sale, email copy for them to use, and some sort of JV contest.
