Out of 69 traffic you had 1 checkout page visit that didn't convert into a sale.

Add a zero or two and you have a lot of clicks.....60 some clicks isn't very much and most CB products only produce one sale per 200 clicks. Obviously if 1 out of 60 go to the order page, the sales page isn't doing it's job either.

62 click outs to the merchant page (hop count) is far too many, in my opinion, not to have made a sale. You might want to go to Clickbank and check the gravity (how many affiliates have made sales over a specified period of time) to see if the product is even selling. If it's got a decent gravity, it's possible you're not connecting with your audience. There could really be a host of things going wrong.

Hey ... this isn't what the figures say at all. They say he's had 62 visits to the sales page, 69 visits to the order page (strange but not impossible, because some people look at it more than once) and no sale. That's all they say.

But that isn't what happened, here. There were 69 order-form impressions!

This isn't right at all, Joey!

I sell many hundreds of CB products every month, with some high conversion-rates, and I regularly have 62 hops (and more) without a sale.

62 hops is nothing. With a ClickBank product, you need to monitor your conversion-rate over 1,000 hops before you start drawing any conclusions at all. Even something that's going to convert at 3% will regularly have 62 hops without a sale.

That will tell you nothing, Joey. There are products with single-figure gravities consistently outselling products with 3-figure gravities. Gravity doesn't measure the number of sales, and it doesn't mean that any affiliates are necessarily promoting the product at all. Don't forget that an affiliate buying one copy of the product through his own hoplink and an affiliate selling 10,000 copies to his customers both add the same 1 point to the product's gravity figures. This is true, and there could also be absolutely nothing going wrong at all. It isn't possible to tell from 62 hops!

Yes, that's normal. 62 hops without a sale could be consistent with a conversion-rate of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% and even more. It just isn't enough to know.

The first figure means that you've sent 62 potential customers to the sales page.

The second figure means that 69 people have seen the order page (i.e. some have looked more than once).

    That's all it means.

If your copy is too hyped, or too different, you will get extra views, or people will LEAVE! If your product is too expensive, people will try to sell themselves through extra views, or leave. If you have competition, you may have extra views or they may leave.
If they have to go through too much.... If there are network problems ....

It is amazing at how much faith people put in the hop numbers, etc... Over time, they SHOULD become more realistic, but when they are low there is just too much going on. Affiliates could be looking at your site. People could click on the wrong link. search engines might look at your site. etc....

62 clicks is not very much... I promote a product for women's health and I get a sell usually between 90 and 100 clicks...

You may also want to take in account just because you thought is was a nice sales letter doesn't mean your viewers are...

I would go for 200 clicks with one product then 200 with a similar and see which converts the best...

    Must success
