Elance:"Your Account is Expired"

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone of you have this problem before. You see, I tried to login to my elance account but couldn't and it says "Your Account is Expired".

I called their helpdesk and the lady said it was a glitch and will be resolve soon (I need to login urgently to retrieve a document for my client). Anyone have the same problem before? What is the reason for the 'expiration'?

      Definition of glitch: A sudden, usually temporary malfunction or irregularity of equipment: "a computer glitch".

      Glitches, by their very definition, don't have a reason. Not really sure what else you need to know... :rolleyes:
