Is it possible to make .mpeg from flash slideshow?

I see where there are programs that will let you remove a youtube video from it's player and allow you to download the file on your hard drive.

I've not done it yet, but as I understand it, the youtube files are flash. It is supposedly possible to remove (is that what's meant by rip?) the flash and convert that to .mpg or .avi format

Can that also be done from a flash slideshow?

I've got an imageshack slideshow that I need to turn into a youtube... is there a way to do this?
