Help, my website is being completely copied

I posted here a week or two ago but I still haven't been able to stop my website from being copied. I did the following:

1. Contacted the hosting company. Result: "Can't do anything".

2. Contacted the website owner. Result: No response.

3. Tried to get it deindexed from Google. Result: Home page deindexed, but the other pages are still ranking.

The site Mike From Maine - A place for people who think about income differently is copying EVERYTHING from my website Mike From Maine - A place for people who think about income differently . Any idea how I can stop this?

These are some replies from other people i found:
As long as people and right click and "view page source" and/or use software there is no way to stop it. Like jamiedolan said look around and get them taken down as you find them.
I just had an idea as to how your might find them. Give all your graphics unique names like

    d4c5r2f-circ-logo.jpg
    d4c5r2f-dog-photo.jpg

If they are stupid enough to steal your graphics, they might be stupid enough to use the same name.

Setup a google alert for your code: d4c5r2f.

    Heck, it's worth a shot.

I would post the question about how to get the rest of their site de-indexed on one of the Google forums. Their people do monitor these and answer with helpful advice.

Mike, I don't want to start an argument but why would you ask for Warrior Forum advice after you slammed this great group on your websites? I have been here for just a week and have garnered valuable information.

I was amazed to see this quote from you on your site.

"Then in February, 2011 I joined a forum of real people making money online called WP*** Goldmine. They were completely unlike the people at the Warrior Forum because they were more friendly and accesible. I didn't feel like everyone was trying to sell me something. The most important thing is that I put my credit card away and stopped buying all those easy-way-to-make-money info products."

I had this happen to me. Funny too because they were SO lazy with their copy/paste that they took MY affiliates links with them as well...lol!

Anyway, here is what I did.

First, stop by this site called PlagiarismToday.com and do a bit of reading there. I don't have any affiliation with that site - just know they guy who runs it and he's good stuff.

Also on that site are steps to take and the forms/stock letters (emails) you need to send. There is a certain way things need to be worded when you contact a hosting company, etc.

There is a stock letter for hosting company, the person doing it, as well as for Google and other search engines.

Whenever I have followed his instructions to the "T", I have been successful. In the case where someone completely copy/pasted an entire site of mine, the simple letter to the hosting company had the site offline in about 3 hours.

    Hope that helps!

Did you make any extra sales from that? I guess this is the only good thing that can happen.

I would contact the company that they registered with for their domain name and tell them about this. If this does not help, I say you move on. I know that it is easy to say that but if there is nothing you can do about it, I would choose to move on in life.
