MSN Adcenter no traffic so far

Its been an hour since I put the ad up. MSN bids only up to an amount required to outbid competitors, it does not have to be up to your max bid, right?

    With all of these vendors Facebook, Microsoft etc. they rotate buyers, so you may get no visitors today and tomorrow they may come very fast. That's why you need to set limits on how much you spend each day.
