Forum posting service - recommendations

Would like to know peoples thoughts on forum posting services. Are they any good? Does it work to kick start a forum and can anyone recommend a good service. My forum is based on webmaster related topics.

    You can check out elance or guru. Really any of the services based outsourcing websites will work.

    There are also a couple of pieces of software out there that will scrape answers-type sites and populate your site to build up your content. I did this with a forum I had once. I also hired people from microworkers sites. I ended up shutting down my forum because of the spam.
