More Facebook Friends = More Money?

Anything that cheap is not a big deal to try. More friends that are your target audience that you have built a relationship with and have credibility with can equal more money. I don't use fiverr for anything. You can always test and see if it will do anything for you. Your best bet is to create another Facebook and start finding and adding your target audience. Facebook has a search feature trick inside to use them like Google for people. Communicate to your list frequently and add entertainment and value.

Facebook only permits 5,000 friends per account. Just set up a page instead....

When i started promoting my offers to my friends on FB.... my stats instantly increased. Not a bad idea to promote to your friends list, or set up a Fan Page.... but buying a Fiverr gig for it, i'm a lil skeptical about it.

sellers on fiverr are not using their personal fb account for that kind of service, those accounts are purposefully built with fake name and fake profile with the goal to get a decent following under certain niche, so if you want to do the same with your own personal account, i'd say no no... it makes you look stupid in your friends' eyes

It's true but you need to sure about the rules and regulation,
it's very very emergency ,otherwise you may be banned for breaking rules.
So be careful about it.

I would stay away from Fiverr gigs like this.

None of the traffic is targeted. Therefore, the traffic won't convert very well in sales nor subscribers.

More facebook friends=more money... I don't think so... It takes targeted audience, and real facebook users to actually get the traffic you need. To turn your own personal account into a fiverr gig I don't think that would turn out pretty, you wouldn't want to spam your friends and relatives, if you want to do this then create a fan page instead.

Facebook friends that you buy through these services are not potential customers. It's best to avoid that type of service and build your fanbase naturally. Even then many friends are only there to see how you are marketing, so they can find hidden tricks and add them to their on marketing plan on another one of their multiple accounts.

I will suggest you not to do this. Facebook allows a fixed amount of friends in an account and you cannot do more than one account. So it will be perfect for you to create fan pages.

I understand your point, you don't want to use your personal account for business.

It's easy, most people won't, it's not really a good idea for most of us to bug our friends with offers because it send the wrong message due to the personal ties thou the conversion might be good at the initial period.

I suggest you get a new account for business use and never to add anyone from your friends and family or anybody you don't want to get involve in your business.

1st off, that fivver gig was not marketing on their personal page. Friends and family would soon get P O'd if you kept sending them nonsense!!

Instead, that person would have built a community around a subject and then built a good relationship, so when they say to their fans...hey, check this out...many of them will.

Facebook is a social platform, imagine you go to a party and one person you meet keeps trying to sell you something...it won't take long before people give that person a wide birth!

I'd say if it results in sales, why not? As long as you earn more than the $5 you spend on the Fiverr gig, why not get someone to promote your product to their friends on Facebook or Twitter? I can't see how I would have anything to lose. If anything, the person with the Facebook account, who's offering the gig might have more to lose (people unfriending/unliking/unfollowing), etc if they get too many of these offers.

I would think a large list of targeted Facebook friends within your niche would do well as you can then recommend products to them via your status updates. I would not think a fiverr gig of untargeted Facebook friends just for numbers sake would do much though.

I would recommend trying it. $5 isn't that expensive with the reviews, and if it ends up working then you could no whether you want to try making another account and doing it yourself (obviously without your real name so you don't get banned). I would try it but I don't have a website to direct the traffic too [yet]

Most of the time they say that you will get a percentage of something like 10% of the people on their list will click on whatever they promote. Unfortunately, most of that 10% (or all of it) are their own fake accounts.

Firstly, doesn't Facebook limit friends to 5k per person? Maybe that gigger has multiple accounts and that would explain that. Or perhaps it's actually a fan page, and friend shares are way better than fan page shares, so they use "friends" as an ambiguous way to mislead "people who liked my page and tend to hide everything I say, and only use it to show what they like, not interact on the page".

However, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Nothing stops anyone from giving people money, or using proxies, to make their gigs seem popular and fake success and ratings on fiverr.

Facebook spam is probably the easiest way to annoy people

A couple of things to mention some already said above, Facebook has a Friend limit of 5K so they obviously dont have over 6K friends they may have that many subscribers though so may not be a total lie.

You shouldn't use Facebook on multiple accounts, they get suspicious if they see regular logging in an out of accounts from the same IP Address, and it is against TOS to have multiple accounts.

I would question whether they have bought gigs off themselves using other fake Fiverr accounts as it would only cost them $1 a time, but they can leave themselves positive feedback that will help sell more gigs.

The other thing is that URLs that get marked as spam by lots of people get sort of blacklisted by Facebook, so if they are always posting this stuff out to friends some may be marking it as spam, you then go and post on your page legitimately even to a blog post back on your own site and then when people click they receive a warning about the content, not worth it for me, build your own following and look after them with good content.

I prefer buyer instead Facebook friends....
My experience, Facebook is a place for hanging out only, conversion rate is very low.

My personal experience with facebook and LinkedIn is quite different. I think on LinkedIn if you share a link in groups that you have joined you will get more traffic.

Follow your gut instinct and pass it up. If you thought it was okay, you wouldn't have come here to double check. You would have just given that gig your money. Those glowing reviews could be fake. You see that you're getting mixed reactions about it.

Most are advising you to not do it. I would take that advice if I were you.

That's what they say, but the more money you have. The more problems you have, so what can facebook friends do? Nah, jk lol. Not even sure man, I don't think so you need to have targeted friends.
