What's and aged mesothelioma cancer domain worth?

I bought a mesothelioma cancer domain about 8 years ago, meaning to test some SEO with it.

It has some basic unique content on it that has sat there for 8 years. I never got a chance to do anything with it.

What do you think the domain is worth?

Current google mesothelioma cancer related terms are going for upwards of $47 right now.

    Visit the link below to see how much money other sites have sold for. Most of them sold for less than $150 so don't get your hopes up too high. What you have going for you is the domain is pretty old so it's already established.

      I think $6900 was just that site's asking price. There were no bids listed before it closed.

        It's probably not worth much at all, because much if not most of the traffic is now generated through direct online/offline advertising and specialty promotions. But this niche is extremely lucrative if you can monetize the web content, for example with the wide array of related Amazon products and books currently being sold.

    I had a meso site that ranked in top 3 for very competitive terms, and then a penguin came along and ravaged all my rankings. There are thousands of meso domains out there, but if they are not ranking, they aren't worth anything...

    Meso has been the highest CPC niche for a longtime. Is the domain in question and EMD for a meso keyword? If so, how much traffic does the exact match get?
