8 hrs a day at 0.90 an hr? Make PROFIT!!?!?!

So, im in contact with a company who charges 0.90 an hr to work 8 hrs a day 6 days a week.. these guys are NOT native english.. Some of their skills are SEO, wordpress etc.. They will also do whatever I tech them to do. ( For example, I have to send them a blue print of what I need them to do and they will learn). But I am having some serious trouble in learning how to make profit from these. Im trying to think creative but im having a lot of problems. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can make money with this contact?

    Here are some things you can teach them:
    • How to build high PR backlinks
    • Install Wordpress sites
    • Distribute articles
    • Set up Fiverr gigs
    Using just that you could get a load of simple Fiverr gigs running. What I would use them for is a different matter.

    I would teach them to:
    • Build Wiki links
    • Set up high PR profile link
    • To find and make high PR EDU links
    • To take an article you give them and post it absolutely everywhere.
    Then I'd write two articles a day. Post one on a niche-blog of yours and get them back-linking. Give them the other article to mass post and point at the first article. Once they have distributed the second article I'd get them making those back-links all day long.

    Hope this gives you some ideas.

    Other options: Do the Fiverr things, but also do Gigbucks and other Fiverr type sites
    Do microjobs on sites like microworkers. Teach them how to spin articles and sell article spinning services on here. Teach them how to do CPA on Instagram and Pinterest...etc. etc

    I am sure you can find a way, in the end you could go for manual linkbuilding which is a must for any site and if done properly and on daily basis it is bound to help your sites rank better.

      Make sure the people you are dealing with are legit. Some are taking advantage of prisoners in jails for example. Even if it can make you money, it is something I woudln´t touch.

        GOOD quality VAs usually work for about $3/hour. This comes out to be about $360 - $480 a month, at 30 - 40 hrs per week. Some top notch VAs can even go as high as $650 a month

        There is no way I would trust my business to a VA that is only charging 90 cents an hour. This is obviously some sort of slave labour network. Seems to be on the verge of the WoW slavers in China, where they force inmates to farm gold for them.

    Create your own website and hire them to just do blog commenting and backlinking. It costs you $7.20/day and if they can do 25 comments/hour, you will get 200 comments a day or $0.032 / comment. Thats a great deal for the traffic and links it can bring. They can also do social marketing help for you.

    My idea is use them in order to build up your website and make your profit from that, versus using them to help others.

    However, as was stated, make sure they are legit and not fake taking advantage of people, however their are countries where you can live on $100/month so I'm not surprised.

      Services like that are legit, but they employ third world imbeciles that can't do anything of value right. They are decent for tasks that involve following a flow chart, but you can't leave any type of decision making in their hands.

    Having worked with several non native english speaking va's I would start by having them produce videos of your articles and have them post and build links. Keeps you in control of content, hard to screw up, great test run.
