Facebook Blog Comments Disappearing??

I have spent the past 4days trying to post comments on some ezines and blogs in my niche in order to get some targeted traffic back on my site.
My comments are always adding value and related to the specific article I read. There are no affiliate links, but only one backlink to my website at the bottom.
99% of this websites I was commenting on, only allows facebook box comments.

Since I don't have facebook, I created a facebook page with my website name and tried to post comments with that.
Comments appear for 2 seconds, then when I refresh the page they disappear. I tried with all browsers. Nothing works.
I have found out that actually there are hundred of threads on google about people losing their comments.
Of course, as you guys certainly know facebook has got the most hopeless costumer service in the milky way, so there is no way to get help there.

But since I'd need it to post some comments I am craving for a solution. It would be such a shame to miss the opportunity of commenting on high ranked ezines

Any solution?

    Hi

Your comments may of gone due to moderation, it all depends on the plugin or script the blog owner uses and if they have it set that comments need to be accepted before they are displayed.

Nobody wants spam on their sites and even though it is Facebook comments you can still set these to be moderated, so don't worry if they aren't spam odds are they will be accepted eventually when checked, people like valuable comments on posts.

I have actually got in touch with the webmasters, and all of them told me that they didn't get any comment. They said it's a facebook problem and I should deal with facebook (good luck in dealing with facebook I would say )

Also, of course no one want spam on their site. But the worst thing is that right while I was spending my time reading the article and trying to write something strictly related with the post, praising it and adding more, a very scammy facebook comment got posted. It was unrelated with the article, it contained at least 2 affiliate links to infoproducts and the guy had a "top commenter" badge next to his name as well

This is what makes me think that it's more of a technical issue, because that marketer's comment was way spammier than mine.

Because they are not moderated. If someone would approve them than only you will be able to see them.

Facebook is becoming more and more strict on promotion comments, and don't rely on Facebook too much, it is just one of your traffic channels.

Focus on blogs that use the CommentLuv and KeywordLuv plugins.

Definitely read the comment policy of each site as their rules may be different.

For some strange reason, all SEOs pursue blog commenting because they think that they are a source of easy links. They are not.

A solid and effective blog commenting strategy is almost as much work as guest blogging...well not quite...but more than most people realize.

The challenge is not finding blogs and making comments, the challenge is getting to stick.
