Help - need ebooks with resale rights

I run a website that helps beginners get started in internet marketing. The ebooks that I give away to members are way outdated and so it's time for a revamp!
If you have an ebook that you would like to distribute to a wider audience, please PM me. There are some conditions that the ebook must meet:
1. must come in PDF format
2. must come with full resale rights
3. must be related to internet marketing/ebay/making money/etc
4. must come with a sales page
5. must be of good quality and integrity
