Hi all, I started this thread in the Adsense/SEO a while back but I noticed that there's a bigger community in this section.

I've been making a steady income (not going to say how much) with internet marketing, but at the same time I want to scale up. I'm stuck, and for some reason I'm trying to break through that wall to make more. I'm an affiliate for Amazon.

What are your suggestions when it comes to scaling up?

So far.....I've
- Expanded more than one site
- Hired writers
- Tried another source of income (PPC)

I don't know what it is. Perhaps I need to put more hours? Any other suggestions? Just keep grinding and results will happen??

There are a few people that specialize on Amazon on this forum so shoot them a PM and I am sure they would be happy to help, for a price I imagine lol.

Tbh if you have been making a steady income and cant get through that next level then its hard for people to give advice because they dont know what your issue is, where you are going wrong etc.

You are correct when you say this section is bigger however you will also find that the thread sinks a whole lot faster lol

I understand that there are people that specialize on Amazon. But at the same time, I would like to know in a "general" aspect for those that do scale up. It can give me an idea, and something that I can implement.

Write a report or get a PLR about some popular topic in your niche, and offer it as a freebie for signing up for your list. Setup an autoresponder series to send them valuable information combined with your affiliate links - basically do what you're doing already on your site but sending the info to them. A visitor might only view your site once and might not ever return if they don't bookmark it. If you have a list, they only have to visit your site once and you can still peddle to them down the road. That gives you more chances to get them to click your links and lets you build a longer term relationship with readers. The more they read your stuff, the more likely they are to buy something.

From what I understand freebies are less useful in some niches (IM?), as people will just grab them and unsubscribe, but if you provide quality info they are more likely to want to stay around.

Also pepper some affiliate links in your free report - just in case.

Well mate, you can always start some new websites in different niches and have your writers fill 'em up with content.

You can also add some other forms of affiliate marketing on your websites alongside Amazon, that seems to work for you. Try some programs that pay you a bigger commission (info products, CPA offers).

Once you have some other (high paying) affiliate programs on your websites, learn to use paid traffic sources and drive targeted traffic to your website. Take time to learn one traffic source, and then move on to the next, that's a big scale up.

And last but not least, for each niche you're involved with on your websites - build a list. That's something I can't stress out enough. Once you have your own lists, that's instant traffic - instant money.

    Hope this helps mate.

    Cheers!

It all comes down to traffic, conversion and increasing the lifetime value of your customer. You have to figure out more ways to get traffic, better conversions of that traffic and ways to sell some of your customers more than one thing.

Have you tried product creation and then putting it on as a wso?

Since you know how to make money from Amazon, why not create a video / power point presentation, where you show others to do the same, then sell it?

Could make you some nice money.

Or you could write articles for others on WF. People will pay good money for a well written article from someone who's first language is English!

    Regards,
    Azu.

That's the thing..I got MY strategy from someone here in the forum. So how do I make an WSO if it's pretty much his strategy? Can I change things up? What do I do?
