Hi WF Family,

If you had $100 USD to invest into some form of internet marketing to drive at least $500 in commission within 30 days, what would it be and why? Please include any system, product, traffic source, or idea you would recommend. Please advise.

    To be honest, if you are just starting out and are a newbie it's probably not going to happen. But the best use of the $100 in my opinion would be to use it to start building a list. You aren't going to hit $500 initially but you can continue to market to that list over and over. Buy a solo ad and drive the traffic to a squeeze page.

      Although I am not a newby, I still spend lots of time trying to expand my business ventures. Where do you suggest buying solo ads from?

    I would agree with the WSO option. If you can create a useful product with quality info. you can start to make some money back from your WSO. Other than that route, I might suggest buying lottery tickets : )

    Spend some money to get a domain and webhosting. Set up a website offering web design, SEO or any other service that you think your local businesses would buy. Print 100 brochures on A4 sheets with details of your service. Maybe, offer them free website if they buy hosting using your affiliate link. Drop these brochures at mailboxes of your local businesses by hand. Alternatively, get a YellowPages directory and mail them in hand-written envelopes with a brief signed letter. Wait for people to contact you. Close deals and hire someone to do the job if you can't.

    $100 be used for purchasing a .com domain name (first year), rent a web host service (first 3 months) and autoresponder service (first 3 months). Then install a Wordpress software into it. And also create a squeeze page. This is for blogging in long term business and collect leads through the autoresponder service.

    Next step:
    - Regularly post postings to the blog.
    - Generating free traffic to squezee page
    - Promote affiliate products to list that you build through the autoresponder service

      Let's put your goals in perspective.

      In order to earn $500, you need to sell:
      • One product at $500 (Offline service? Coaching)
      • 2 products at $250
      • 10 products at $50
      Selling a WSO will help you as long as you can provide value to whomever is buying from you. You have to be an expert in something, and it took you time to acquire that expertise. Sell that information to someone who is also trying to become an expert in your field.

    You can buy traffic but the pitfall is that it may not be targeted so it will not help you much unless you have an adsense rigged site! You can start a small ad campaign....
